Learn the Law!
It is not required by the state that you take a
TABC certified class. However, taking the class and knowing
the law is your best defense in understanding how to deal
with serving alcohol in the state of Texas.
Ask your employer if he requires you to be TABC
Certified before you take this class. Following Texas
law will keep you safe from lawsuits and keep drunk drivers
off the streets.
